Boundaries …. such a four letter word for some people! Either boundaries that are too soft, or too rigid and a world that wishes to encroach on our boundaries whether conscious or not. Creating healthy boundaries is an act of self-love and self-respect. Without healthy boundaries, our energy becomes depleted and we give ourselves away or (with rigid boundaries) we lack the intimacy in our life.
