Today’s Coffee Question
I’m a huge fan of your meditations and have been enjoying a different journey most evenings for over a year now. Recently I had to put my 15-year-old dog to sleep and I’ve since been in transition between relocating overseas (and all that goes with an impending big lifestyle change).
The past few weeks I’ve been finding it very difficult/impossible to meditate. I’m unable to concentrate or silence my mind of wandering thoughts. I’ve never experienced this challenge before. I’m doing everything the same and I’m at a loss. I know now is the time that I’ll most benefit from meditation as I am waking up each morning in an anxious state.
What advice do you have when it’s difficult to meditate?
