Today’s Coffee Question
I am so happy to have come across your you- tube channel and am really enjoying all of the questions you have answered. They all have something that pertains to my own situation, so thank you for your wisdom! My particular situation is that I have been suffering from anxiety and depression since the death of my mother about 3 yrs ago. I also had a falling out with my sister at that time, which ended in her attacking me physically. I feel I have been affected by this event more than the death of our mother. I have made peace with her passing, and I have moved on with my life but now and again the old feelings pop up again.
I’m no longer taking RX drugs to deal with my anxiety but rather choose to use marijuana as a coping mechanism and although it is natural and does help, I would really prefer to deal with the remaining grief and anxiety naturally through mindfulness, meditation, etc.
I would appreciate any thoughts or advice you may have, thank you so very much.
