Greetings beautiful Soul Peeps
Thank you all for sharing
When I was a little girl, I had a friend named Aubrey…an adorable little boy whom shared my desire to fly… one day… a beautiful sunny day… we made paper wings…taped them on and went as fast as we could on the merry-go-round and really felt like we were flying… I can close my eyes and feel the wind and the sun and my little friends smile
Aho Mighty Companions
Today I am going to go out and play, I’m going to go to the town next door about 8 miles from here which is just a cute little village and act like a tourist
omg that sounds like so much fun!
My favourite childhood memory is when we used to go on holiday to Scotland., because it felt like I had come home. We would spend a week with Mum’s mum and dad and the other week with Dad’s mum and dad.
I don’t remember much about childhood but I remember when Granny Chalmers came to stay and we would go and pick blackberries it was fum
I used to love picking blackberries too .. still do!
My cousin Louis lived right next door. We were the same age, hung out and played together our entire childhood. He had a cool mini bike his dad built him. So I asked my dad to build me one. He did. It was a metal frame from scraps he welded together, a used old lawnmower pull start engine and no brakes. It was awesome! I loved that bike. We had a dirt trail behind our house we rode all the time for hours on end. If I still had it I would take it for a spin today.
I can envision you riding that bike, whooping all the way down the road! What fun!
