Ik ga iedere ochtend en avond een gesprek met mezelf aan en bespreek de dag en nacht .
Reden waarom ik dankbaar kan zijn. Voor mij is het zo dat als ik het bewust ben dan leef ik intensiever
Waardeer de kleine dingen in mijn leven en leef in het nu dan heb je ineens zeeën van tijd.

Getting back into the habit of opening my bedroom curtains and really being grateful for another day on Mother Earth. Being grateful to Father Sky and Mother Earth and looking at my altar and welcoming in the four directions, feeling that deep connection being revived each day. Saying my prayers of gratitude each night for everything I’ve had and thankful I have a bed and clean sheets. These are healthy habits to cultivate on a daily basis.
I am grateful for the 21 day challenge, it’s helped me with my attitude to be more positive again, thank you Dakota for creating the challenge and everything you do for the mentorship, it’s truly appreciated.
Remembering to say thank you to my leg because without it I would not be able to walk. Being grateful I can still drive, that I still have my independence. For the blackbird that comes and lands on the fence asking for its breakfast, being grateful for the bees, being able to make people smile and laugh. I am so grateful for Dakota and our tribe. I have discovered that I can still learn stuff , I am grateful for being me and for being accepted for who I am.
It does not seem like it is three weeks since this started I am so grateful to have been a part of it all. Thank you Dakota Ian so grateful.
