Thank you Dakota! I used one of my gourd rattles counter clockwise, alternating with circling my favorite pi stone counter clockwise. Then I would just listen and breathe through my chakras. The time went very quickly and I didn’t want it to end.
This was beautiful! I did it walking aimlessly, no plan or path, and eventually settled on the dock of our pond down by the woods. The music and chakra opening and clearing brought spontaneous tears of both sadness and joy (at different chakras). It brought deep awareness of stuff I didn’t realize was there – so grateful for that! It showed where I am healthy, vibrant, and strong – at least right now 🙂
Thank you so much for this meditation Dakota. And the song of Deuter, this song has a very deep special meaning to me. I am beyond words of the effect this mediation has on me. Thank you

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Great meditation, got me back on my feet a day when it’s been really hard to get motivated.
