I plan on outlines a ritual to each part of my day/part of the wheel.
At the moment I’ve begun journaling (brain dump of sorts) 3 pages with my morning coffee. I’m starting to spend more time in my meditation room and keeping it tidy. I do cleanses when showering and take a moment for protection with buckling up (really love that one). I’m working on finding silence and removing background noise and distractions.
I love music & singing so I will drum & sing. Probably dance too. I will be outside with the wind in my hair! Incense burning ,candle buring, flowers, and if course water. I sing in light language most of the time I have no idea what I am singing but it fills me. I feel so alive.
Thank you for allowing me space to write all that down. I came up with several ideas for rituals writing that. Some of which I do already. I am going to read a prayer that is dear to my heart, to say thank you and good morning/night to my legto do some yoga every day, to rub some oil/cream every day into my stump.
Dakota you will always hold a very special place in my heart.
I am grateful for this day, for the fact that I can walk, for the air that I breath, for the strength that helped me to overcome the silence as I searched for answers, for Dakota and for each and everyone of you beautiful souls who have accepted me for who I am and who walk this path with me, for my guides for always being there with me and for for this day the 2nd March when my stump was born and this great big adventure began, for my prosthesis, for the fact I can sit here and write this and think all of this at all.
