    This technique is one I have been practicing, but not for this long. I try to mindfully belly breathe always, and it has helped me control my emphysema and recently I’ve been trying life without my oxygen tank. I’m being monitored by my doctor. So far, so good! It’s been about a week. I learned these techniques on another site right before I found this sight. This site has much better teaching. It’s good to breathe!

    That was very powerful. Stayed with the breathing all the way through.
    Felt reassured I wasn’t alone, hearing another’s breathing definitely helped me keep with it and not drift off, kept me focused on the heart chakra and letting go of thoughts…
    I sort of felt like the lungs of the earth, bigger than just me…
    But also, the images of parts of the cog in a pocket watch, were all driving it forwards…
    And Old Father Time…
    Feel like I’m still gently popping, like the bubbles on a glass of champagne.
    Beautiful journey back too, like a gentle shaft of light coming back to the house here…
    Stayed in the meditation way after it had finished, basking in the silence and the healing I was still receiving back on planet Earth. Went very warm, feeling very blest.

    Wow, you just articulated what I have been trying to say about this path. Particularly about clearing or at least figuring out some of our unconscious patterns. I feel like I have a pattern that something big changes and everything is bright and new, then as things settle I return to that place of mist (some might call it depression). I am really hoping to resolve that by going deep into my patterns and myself and cleaning it all out. I am excited to be on this journey!

    Lot’s of tension in my chest & back… Lot’s of yawning… couldn’t keep up the breath due to yawns & hiccups. Had to stand for most of this. I feel lighter now…. There’s a tension in my chest.
