    I am often just still and silent for long periods of time. In Zen (please forgive the spelling) we called this sitting shikantaza. It brings me great peace. You don’t focus on your breath as in Zazen, just sit. I will bring myself great joy by talking with my soul family some more today. The 3 of them are wonderful.
