This reminds me of a story that my grandma told me when I went to visit in September.. lol…. she told me her mother to do this when she was unhappy in her marriage to my grandfather. One jar for good things he did and one for not good. She said at first there were more jars in the not so good.. but after time there was more beans in the good jar. Then after a while she began to remember all the reasons why she loved him and married him… :). Ah divine timing… lol.

This video was startling– beautiful! I almost thought it was a photo poster. But it’s the art barn porch. Rain too!

Bean jars — as soon as I’m home.

Starting today with the new moon and new intentions to nourish my soul.

That was a fun thing to put together! I put it out on my kitchen counter so I can see it every day and continually be reminded to be mindful of how I’m feeding my soul. Right now, the jars are about evenly filled, looking forward to consciously shifting this!

This will be interesting. I’m going to visit a friend from high school at the end of the month. I find her challenging sometimes and tend to be the one that just agrees with her because it’s easier.

Going to start today, this is realy a fun thing to do, I think my daughter wil love it too. She has been going to a psychiatrist since a couple of months for her fear of failing and unsertainty. I think this is going to help her in a playfull way, she doesn’t have to, but she wil be curious when she sees my jars in the kitchen ☺️
