    At night before I go to bed I write down things that went well and goal that I have short and long term. I have been doing that since August. I have only missed one day, while traveling. Things are coming into my world very quickly, my goals keep changing as the previous ones are realized. I am working on showing up authentic and getting better and better at it. I will con’t to work on that, it is an ever growing goal…I can alway improve…
