Sometimes for me it’s also taking a shower…or hand washing the dishes. I wonder if it’s because I’m a water sign. Going to the ocean, love those negative ions.

It’s interesting cause last year the same time I also did a trip to Russia. The difference of the amount of energy I lost then by walking in an airport and being at a conference and staying in a new city is huge from today. Something that totally drained me a year ago and took days to recover from might only take one night of good sleep, a walk in the nature or a meditation to fill me back up again. I used to walk in a feeling of a tunnel at airports before cause all the energies would drain me. Now it’s like it’s just don’t affect me anymore. And if it does I do shamanic mantras or listen to music that ground me or do a silent meditation at the plane. I just think the combination of working with boundaries this year as well as filling up myself with love/good energies and protection has been the key thing. I have a set of tools now to bring out depending on the situation.

I fully expected to hear about “the bubble”. This was refreshing to say the least.

What a timely week for this particular lesson as I just returned from 8 days in New York City for a business trip. I was producing an important promotional event for the company I work for and had been planning for it about 9 months, total. The energy in NY was frenetic, and my nerves were frazzled being so concerned about “pulling off a flawless event”. I was staying in Midtown Manhattan near the Empire State Building and navigating the crowds and the cantankerousness every single day. Thank Goodness I’ve committed to GAIA Wisdom School, because in the midst of all of that madness and pressure, I made sure to take time each morning and evening to ground myself, meditate, journal and pray. Usually I go out in nature to ground myself. In NYC, I was staying 9 floors up and barely even had a chance to take my shoes off! I started looking for “daily greens” during my walk. A potted flower here – a Fall Mum there – a gorgeous tree amidst the skyscrapers. And, as I did, I found little “signs” – a white feather, coins. Throughout the week, I kept tapping back into my intuition and found that I was always being guided, protected and celebrated. I’m home now and diving back into the lessons here. The event was a success and I’m so grateful to be learning some new tools to find balance and ground myself, even if I’m in the midst of manic Manhattan – or in the quiet solitude of my little Santa Monica abode. Thank you, Dakota!

P.S. I loved the ride down the river. 🙂

Connecting to nature, walking observing and listening gives me protection, so when I feel I got hit I connect back into nature for protection. Comming more in contact with my guides and higher self. Today was a Good example. So I whent outside in nature with this issue, feeling so bad and drained, my stomac upside down. Then after I felt much better, had a nice walk and talk, my energy came back again and felt strong and protected. I know that this wil come and hit me back but I also know that it is going to be much easyer time by time to connect and be protected.

Thank you for the trip down the river. That was beautiful. I will have my work cut out for me with this one. That is ok, every week as we go through this, I feel like I am getting my life back. Aho.
