More details came through this time, the oldest was 25milion-150milion years ago from the Shira volcano, never heared of iTS existance , but it was one of the 3 vulcanos who created Kilimanjaro . I got the name Shira: those who came from the mountain . It was surprising when I looked up Shira Mountain. After that Alaska, here is where I learned about the land, Shamanism, but I have to go back there for remembering what I forgot, and learn again. After that came up Nebraska, in Nebraska I lived by the river, we lived from fishing and the river. so I looked it up and it seems that there is a Large river there that was Imortant for ancient cultures. After the meditation I recieved the words Hori Tribe, so I looked on the internet fir a tribe called Hori, but as a surprise : Tribe Hori, was a young Irish soldier, who was in the English Army, who was in born in 1877 and died at the age of 40 in 1917. He is burried in Jerusalem. So that was in WWOl, I was suprised, because I cannot watch things from the first war, it makes me very sad and feel pain and abandoned. I am born on the 17’th of may 1977. I don’t know if it is a coincidance , but this made me very curious and ticked my bel. In 2011 I came to Ireland the first time, and I remember deeply the moment we almost landed I was crying and I spoke the words : I am finally home…. I never made a lot of it but now it does something to me , I Will go deeper on this.

The vikings and Norse people are strong and present for me. They, not surprisingly, know how to fill up a room. The Siberian people drum to me. When I visited Siberia, I felt at home and I even knew the streets–where to go, where to turn–although I had never been there before. There was a definite connection despite the blood from Siberia being very very far back in my blood line. The Irish or Scots are whispering softly. One day, I’ll visit Ireland and Scotland and I’m hoping I get a better sense of what that tribe connection is. I have only a very little blood in me from that area and it is just gentle background awareness right now. Although Brigid is with me loud and clear. The Herbalists, Wise Women, and Shaman tribe have called me to do their work in this lifetime. So I walk this path with them.

    Looking forward to doing this.
I’ve always felt drawn to Egypt. As a small child one of my earliest memories is my Dad had a book on the wonders of the world etc. I’d gaze for hours at those black and white photos on Egypt and dream one day I’d get there… ( pleased to say I got there, lifelong wish ). I’ve kept the book, it’s my treasured possession in my bedroom.
I have dreams sometimes I’m walking through the corridors in the pyramids and in the temples, I’m keen to see if I get this in a meditation.
Drawn to the Druids. Loved visiting Stonehenge many moons ago and Glastonbury, revisited in September.
Looking into my ancestors history the other week, I knew my Nan was from Ness, on the Shetland Isles, Scotland. So I actually looked up the history of where she was born! Transpires there’s Stone Age stuff and Druid house ruins there…awesome! Just think, as a child she probably played in those areas… Perhaps it’s in my genes this interest? Someone once said they could see a guide behind me, a monk or scholar…I’m wondering if that was a Druid ?
Very drawn to The Knights Templar, Crusaders etc.. I’m wondering if that’s why I’m so passionate about world peace and being the best vessel I can be ( but struggling with…chuckle…) The constant conflicts/wars…. Have we actually ever learnt anything? Still fighting over religion!
And of course, goes without saying, The Native American Indian tribe. Doesn’t matter what meditation I’m doing, I see the ring of fire, the community…I know I’ve had a life there. Also see the animal totems.
I have to admit, I was blest with many friends over my lifetime from different tribes, they’ve all enriched my life, I love diversity. Always have and always will. My family members have also shown me different tribes, I was taken on those journeys through their lives. Learnt and witnessed many things, how society can be so cruel if someone doesn’t belong to their tribe….
But lots of good stuff too.

I did this medition many years ago with my first mentor. And I forgot many things that came up again today. But this time I whent further back in time. My first live was a long te time ago, I asked for the period and the answer I recieved was : a period when men didn’t use time. I came from north Amerika, Aleska. From the woods, I lives as one with the animals around me. We where one. With the bear, eagle, wolf and al of the birds and spirits.I was a man. I was guided then to the shaman in this area she brought me to the fire. She said to look deep into the flames and gave me Some herbs to eat. After that she said that i had to step into the flames, so i did, i saw myself disapeare abd out of the flames I came back as a bear, then I disapeared again and I came back as an native american man. After that she made me disapeare again and that brought me to my second live. Somewhere in northern Europe, I saw a streaming river next to me and pine trees and mountains. When I turned I saw this primitive wooden hous, with a fire in the center of the ground. I looked at my hands and they where old, I was a grandmother, I heard children playing and calling me. Then a wolf told me to find Some berries in the woods. After that I whent to a small cabin a bith higher on the side of the mountain. I stepped inside and sat by the fire I was a herbal medicine woman. Only one person sat next to me a large man with a beard, he was much younger he was my Son. After this meditation I know that I have been living always a bit sucluded from the rest of the world, I have always been living with the teachings of the land and its gifts. This is still now in this live and that is a reason why i am so drawn to nature. I will be doing the meditation again but not again together. I will deepen each live more and ask for the help and wisdom, so I understand much better. Thank you for this journey ❤️

So exciting that you’ll be building with bamboo. They have amazing bamboo structures – almost like castles – in Bali (Ibuku). They say it’s the most sustainable material to work with … and one of the strongest too. Outdoor shower sounds heavenly!

Wow! I was stunned when seeing you in the bamboo grove. During the past two weeks I got some spontaneous images of me sitting in a bamboo grove and here you go walking in one. I was so taken aback that I couldn´t focus on the class at all, just being absorbed by the forest and the cracking sounds as you were walking. Will watch this one later again. What is it really with the videos lately? I had a huge vertigo in the previous one as you were “chasing” the ghost, in this one being hypnotized by the forest… :-D.

So beautiful. I keep picturing Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon– magical movement across the bamboo. Tribe — it’s a mix of Peruvian possibility, Native American sensibility and Celtic passion.
