Thanks for sharing. Such rich and interesting history. I am looking forward to diving into this work. A few years ago when my husband was traveling I smelled smoke in the house, cigerette smoke. It was in a very specific area of the house and no outside source of it present. When it occurred immediately smudged the area but then I felt remorse because I didn’t even take the time to feel into what the energy was or why it was present. A few times since we have smelled the smoke in the same area of the house. Feel like this is a good place to start with this work. Thanks, kt

Fascinating – when you started talking about all the lizards, “Lloyd” came up for me!!!! AND THEN you mentioned your grandpa’s name. Cool. I also grew up with a Lloyd. I rock when I’m tapped in as well. Good luck with all of that!

When I watched this movie the air got cold. It has happened before when I have seen this movies about our ancestors. I used the worksheet at the next page to ask who it was. And it was a women on my mothers side. My grandmothers grandmother. She was here to help me with finding the right man. She had been raped when she was young. That incident has continued to spread down in each generation. Abuse and violence from men. When I grow up my grandmother and her mother always talked about men as something that you didn’t need. And something that I should stay away from. I never understod why at the time. But I learned when I was older that my grandmothers father was not a nice man. And both my grandmother and her mother divorced at young age, even though it was tabu at that time. I got the message from my ancestor that I am the one who is going to stop this from passing on to the next generation in the family. And that she is here to help me.

Oh Dakota! I wish you luck as you’ve asked.
I pray the deep cleanse and six rounds clears the energies, blessing the spirits and land.
I feel honoured watching you communicate with Betty , it’s given me great confidence.
    I’m struck by the syncronicities.
The ships from England… Some of those would of been from here, Liverpool!
We came to power as a city through the Slave trade.
    You say a name… Ri… Richard, Richards…
    ( my born surname )
A few miles from here, we’re I lived from 4-27 years of age was Crosby. So many places there owned by the rich land owners, their land, called plantations!
And the name of the lady who was waiting for you so she could move on.
You say Betty, Bessie, something like that.
Well, I did my meditation few hours back, I got same name, I couldn’t quiet get it but I narrowed it down to Bessie, then Betty. Then I thought later , is Betty usually an Elizabeth?

I still think your brave being there on your own but also I can appreciate it’s a great opportunity to commune with spirit at this sacred time. I’m pleased to hear Larry there to keep you company.

Holding space for you, love and light
