The East direction was in synch with me as it was the perfect time for a manifesto & a new effective way to pray. Loved the solfeggio frequencies and have been listening daily. Thank you
This direction has made many changes in myself : bringing me more in who I am and what makes me happy. Listening more on what makes me stronger and letting go of the things that weaken me. Stepping more into my power and listening more to the story’s of the people around me and holding their space. I feel more alligned and grounded , with my heart open yet protected. Thank you so much for all the gifts you and the group brought ❤️

There were a few for me. I really liked the prayer challenge as I recently got off my rhythm with my commute times changing. I reprioritized and got my morning ritual back into alignment and it feels great! Other take aways was the excesses of East energies and how to recognize how they may appear within and then the tools that will help to rebalance and align the energies. I loved the vision board exercise as it put me in the space to really think about what the dreams and visions were and then to put forth the energy to imprint them on the universe. Thank you Dakota, I enjoyed the work in the East.
Deepest gratitude always, for helping me unravel it all and find the real me, but, better equipped this time to enjoy the journey, called life. Aho.
