So many Characters have played a part in creating who Richard is, some friends, some family some just in my head but each played an important part in who I am currently, but I know who I turn out to be will be based on how I arrange all the lessons those in my world have and will teach me! that is where the wisdom to use my gain knowledge will come into play! great lesson! thank you!

Have only just watched the video. How timely is this. I am sure this is the lesson I have been waiting my whole life for. Time to discover and take back my power.

Started doing the work this weekend. The Dreams and visions I had that has been changed with the people around me in my life. Some encouraged and inspired me, Some teared down. But I have forgiven the past, people, situations and myself. And now work with a more positive vieuw of my mentors in the past present and future, all have tough me so much.

Ever heard of the song “Road to nowhere ” by talking heads? The first line goes Iikethis: vWell we know where we’re going but we don’t know where we’ve been”. That suits me perfectly but the difference this year is I am going to try and stop beating myself up about the years I can’t remember and work with what I can remember. If I am meant to remember then I will in time. Dakota, love and light and blessed be for this safe space.

I agree with Cindy…holy crap! What did I get myself into?…this must be one of the “I really don’t want to do it” things huh?
    ….this will take some work.
I wonder how it will turn out?

I see the truths – some are good to see and some are a bit ugly. This is scratching up to the surface the things that bring forth that opportunity to “re-write, change the narrative, shift to a more authentic place” – the place that I have been dreaming of for a long long time

As a 72 year old retiree, I can look back and actually see where I picked up some of my characteristics. My Paternal Grandparents , bless them, had a lot to do with how I turned out. Their way of teaching was not in instructing, but more of showing. The way they treated each other and us grandkids is basically how I turned out. I can see that in looking back.
