I got to know one of my guides a little better today. I see him out of my mind’s eye frequently so I had already known that he was Native American. I played the Carlos Nakai flute music. He has shown up in other journeys. When I did the ancestor meditation he was there too. Also when I do healing meditations, he is there as well. Today, I got to know his story. My guide is a male, American Indian. He told me he has been with me for countless lifetimes. I asked him if I had been his guide in a previous lifetime. He told me that I had been his wife. His name is Two Eagle Feathers. He has long black hair, is probably 30 years old, he has fringed clothing and does not wear a shirt. At times he wears red streaks on his face and other times a headdress. He has feathers in his hair. He is very peaceful but said he is a warrior. His personality is dedicated, devoted, caring, compassionate loving and he is a tribal leader. He is here to help me connect with the earthy mother, to help me live in balance, and to help me with grief and loss…. I lost him to death many lifetimes ago. He brings me back to my Native American roots. I know that he is present as I see him in my minds eye and I also know he is here. He gave me a gift when we were together many lifetimes ago. It was a white horse. Interesting enough, my animal totem is a white horse. His message for me now is to find my inner warrior, stay strong without fear. He told me that the 3d world is illusionary. We are all really together. He told me to invoke our ancestors and to use my journeying to help heal our land.

Before I could do the meditation, my guides cane to me spontaneously during yoga. It was pretty full on, and when the Meditation ended, I didn’t want to come back. I fell in love with Dakota ” s teaching about tuning into signs in nature – observing what is out there and see if it ties in to a sign or symbol. So I have been doing that. I have been guided with light language recently, actually during the inipi. I when it wants to come out, or if someone is close I get this really strange sensation in my mouth – gums. I can “feel” and a deliberate putting aside of myself (really hard to explain) in my head, then the language must sort of comes out all by itself. I am also compelled to move my hands, arms, body. Sometimes it even comes out as singing is of. I does anyone experience this? I I would love to know.

Have you studied Light Language Gillian? It’s so great that this came to you and so intuitively. I wonder if you feel these sensations around the animals as well? Please tell us more of how this is unfolding for you!

I had already been aware of 3 of my spirit guides, I know what they look like and their names but never got much further than that. In this exercise I learnt how to recognise when one of them, my African Masi Worrior Joseph or Joe for short is with me and a bit more about our journey together. This exercise is therefore ongoing to learn more about the others.

Tears are typically what happens when you touch that heart chakra. They are sort of an indication of you “remembering” – love that you are having this experience!

For my two new methods of communication, I’m going to use automatic writing and ecstatic posture.

Good choices! I’ll be curious what you learn from them!

I understand why my power animals came to me when I played my drum for the first time. This is going to be the method of communicating with them that I am going to work on this week.

So happy you found this mode of communication! Music is a very powerful way to connect!

I listen to a lot of music that uses Solfeggio Frequency, Theta or Lucid Dreaming. You can definitely feel it at a cellular level

Yes, you can feel it at the cellular level – so powerful! Are you familiar with Wholetones? I love the music they use with the Solfeggio frequencies.
