In our private Facebook Group, we do a live meditation and based on the desires of the group that night, I weave a meditation together that not only brings in the elements of those attending the meditation, but is also aligned with the current energy of the Medicine Wheel.
In this meditation, we traveled through a beautiful forest, gathering gifts before we ascended a mountain to encounter and resolve blocks that hold us back from our full potential. At the top of this beautiful mountain, we found an incredibly creative and playful way to descend into a crystal clear body of blue water where we met with someone important to us.
We also use some shamanic breathwork in this meditation.
