This guided meditation takes us to the lower world. Here we meet four animal gatekeepers associated with the four cardinal directions of the medicine wheel.
In addition to being a powerful tool, a medicine wheel is also a powerful symbol. It is also useful if we want to gain a new perspective on something that is happening in our life, or if we want to access energy in a certain direction.

A gatekeeper or a helping animal associated with each direction offers the energy associated with it. Additionally, they offer energy specific to the animal. We will commune with the Eagle of the east, the Dolphin of the south, the Snake of the west, and the Bear of the north.
