Freedom from the Distraction

Description

In this guided meditation, we access the distractions and addictions we have in our lives that keep us from living into our full potential. Addictions come in many forms and can sometimes be very subtle and at the same time, we often use distractions to keep us from doing the important soul work needed to live a more authentic and deeply inspired life. This meditation helps you to return to the Great Spirit, to bring in the help of your spirit guides, your higher self, and Spirit to help free yourself from these addictions and distractions.
