Gathering the Spirit Team

Sometimes we just need a little help – with a project, our health, our mental body, our relationships, the list goes on! During this guided meditation, we journey to all 3 worlds of non-ordinary reality in search of the perfect team to help us with the specific thing we most need help with. Before you begin the journey you will state your intention, and the type of team you are searching for. During the journey, power animals, guides, ancestors and helping spirits who are able to assist you with that intention will come forward to help. You can then call on this team whenever needed.
