The Sacred Wheel or Medicine Wheel is a powerful container for holding our soul in the most authentic and powerful way. Thousands of years ago the Medicine Wheel was used for healing, ritual, and ceremony. The energies of the directions provided guidance, and structure to the cultures that used them as guides. Today, we can use this framework for living a life more aligned with our soul’s calling. It helps us to align ourselves, find balance, create lasting healing, and deepen our understanding of who we are and why are we here.
I’m Dakota, and I’ve been teaching this framework for nearly 20 years now. In my own life, the Medicine Wheel has been a powerful way for me to manifest, create momentum, and live fully in the shoes I chose to wear in this lifetime. I built this training to help others do the same, and together we can begin seeing the changes in our lives reflected in the world around us.
The Medicine Wheel is a simple yet complex framework for organizing our lives in such a way it allows the freedom to live more into our sacred purpose, authentically and with deep connection.

The Medicine Wheel will activate your sense of wisdom, give you solid spiritual tools with deep integration into your everyday life, and inspire you to live more fully.
My name is Dakota, and I have been teaching spiritual courses for over 30 years. About 20 years ago, I started using the teachings of the Medicine Wheel in my own life. As a result, I discovered just how easy it was to live a more balanced life in every aspect of my life. My years of teaching and exploring have allowed me to develop the Soul Warrior Training to help others step more clearly into their innate wisdom and power.
I can help you start your path on the Medicine Wheel too.
Core Curriculum
In each direction, you will receive 9 weeks of core curriculum covering the energies of the direction along with deepening exercises. Workbooks, audio files, and guided meditations are included in the weekly units.
Earth Cloud Clan
We are a global community representing nearly twenty countries. Various special interest groups, soul-stirring conversations, and collaboration among like-minded people are held in our community space.
Shamanic Breathwork
Between the changing of directions, you will have an opportunity to participate in a virtual breathwork session held by Dakota and her team. This is a wonderful experience for integrating and preparing for the next direction.
Live Weekly Workshops
You will have three call times to choose from, as well as the option to watch the replay if you miss a call. A different energy of the direction is focused on each week in a deep dive workshop.
21-Day Challenges
Between the directional sessions, you participate in a 21-day challenge which may be completed at any time, but it is often enjoyed by the community as a group. Challenges help to integrate the teachings into your daily life
Luminary Circles
Several specialized groups are available on the community site for you to join, so you can meet people with similar interests. As well, you can participate in smaller focus groups and events organized by our moderators.
Weekly Guided Meditations
You will have three call times to choose from, as well as the option to watch the replay if you miss a call. A different energy of the direction is focused on each week in a deep dive workshop.
Shamanic Toolkit
During our 9-week sessions, we will be creating a sacred item/tool that can be used for your spiritual practices. For 2023, we’ll make a Spirt Rattle in the North, in the East we’ll forge a Talking Stick, in the South, we’ll create a spirit figure, and in the West, we’ll create our Medicine Bags.
Ritual
Each session allows all participants to create a ritual personal to them. The ritual may be shared with the community as a way of being witnessed. This has been a very powerful and symbolic act that many have gone through as an initiation.
North - Soul Shaman
The North is the place where we return to our soul, home to our Spiritual Body. During the cold, dark winter months, we hibernate inwardly and metaphorically retreat to our souls. Through dreamwork, journeying, and forging relationships with our guides, we work closely in the spirit realms.
East - Visionary
South - Sacred Heart Warrior
The South lives vibrantly in the Emotional Body, and sacred relationships are central to our Sacred Purpose. By building our intuitive and creative voice, we become more vulnerable and authentic, and by doing so, we become more in touch with ourselves.
West - The Alchemist
Among the energies, we work with in the West are death, rebirth, forgiveness, cord-cutting, and soul retrieval. In the West, we reflect back on our lives and determine what needs to be transformed so we can be more aligned with our soul’s purpose. It is a transformative direction on every level.
Luminary Wisdom Keepers
The Luminary Wisdom Keepers is a master class taking a deep dive into the Wheel. In each direction you’ll immerse yourself into various aspects of that direction’s energy, giving you a complete understanding and tools for deeper integration. You’ll be held more accountable for doing the spiritual work you are here to do while being supported by a tight-knit community that is also following this track. ** You must have completed at minimum 3 directions to be eligible for this path.
Earth Cloud Clan
Stay with the pack! Often it’s the connections, relationships, and support that are the hardest to leave. The Earth Cloud Clan offers you the opportunity to stay in the tribe, attend live calls, participate in extracurricular activities, and more. Ask anyone who has journeyed the Wheel and they will tell you that the 2nd year is incredibly deeper. The first year creates a foundation for knowing the Wheel, the 2nd year moves you deeper into the integration of the Wheel into your everyday life.
3-Session Upgrade
This option allows you to finish a full round of the Medicine Wheel journey if you initially only signed up for one direction. Completing the journey around the Wheel brings you to a much fuller awareness of the various aspects of your life. You continue to build and grown from one direction to another, bringing balance, depth, and understanding to the life we are here to live. Gaining the wisdom and tools from each direction is a fullness like no other.
Single Session Renew
If you would like to take it one direction at a time, you may do so! We often have folks who sign up for one direction at a time, I think of it as “renewing” your commitment to yourself and to the work/path you are following. Continue your journey onward …
Light Seekers
Want to continue your journey without the tribe and live calls? You can go solo if that suits you better. Your coursework will remain on www.dakotaearthcloud.com and you’ll be removed from the tribe site. You’ll also lose access to live calls, breathwork sessions, and challenges.
