Class Description
Energy within the Medicine Wheel is always moving.
When one direction becomes depleted, the energy does not simply disappear. It often gathers somewhere else, strengthening another direction until that energy becomes excessive, distorted, or burdened with work it was never meant to carry alone.
In this Medicine Circle, we will explore the dynamic movement of energy throughout the Wheel.
A person disconnected from East may struggle to hear their own vision and rely heavily upon South’s emotional responses or North’s spiritual surrender.
Someone depleted in South may pour themselves into West through productivity, control, and constant action.
A weakened North may keep the entire Wheel moving without rest, reflection, or integration.
We will examine the invisible exchanges taking place between mind, emotion, body, and spirit, and how these exchanges shape decisions, relationships, creativity, health, spiritual practice, and daily life.
Through examples and reflective exercises, you will begin tracing your own energetic patterns.
- Where does your energy naturally gather?
- Which direction has been carrying too much?
- Which part of you has gone quiet?
- Where might energy be restored so the whole Wheel can breathe again?
This teaching offers a deeper understanding of balance as a living process. The Wheel continually adjusts, compensates, empties, fills, and calls us back into relationship.
