Loved everything about the Emotional Integration Session I just completed. Everything from the pre work to the session, and the post work to the integration, was incredible. During the pre-work I identified an issue I wanted to work on, but during the session something more powerful came up for me to address. If it wasn't for the format, I might have been focused on the something less important at that time. I am grateful to Dakota for her profound methods to meet everyone exactly where they are on their journey.

This one is magical! I have done it a few times and each time I've navigated the forest of insight I have gone deeper into the meditation and gotten more out of it. The thing that surprised me most about this particular meditation was how my power animal asked me to do something (quite out of character) a few minutes before Dakota suggested it. That's when I knew we were keyed in and about to do something truly transcendental. I love revisiting this forest it is a wondrous place. What a gift to be given guidance on how to get there. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and journeying us with us Dakota Aho.

I love the journey. It’s unlike anything else i have experienced. I love my inner samctum. With everything it has. I love my garden, i could feel the grass and wet earth under my feet. An amazing experience.

I cant express enough gratitude for this today. A massive emotional release and connection at once. I experienced a very traumatic passing of a loved one and this helped me to tap in and express myself as well as receive messages when I felt I had so much left unsaid. When I got to the crown chakra , I saw the most beautiful homecoming for them dancing in pure bliss that I will never forget . Thank you so much????
