Sonic Alchemy Transmissions are immersive Full Moon journeys woven from guided meditation, trance, breathwork, somatic movement, ritual, voice, and multidimensional sound.
Each live session is created in response to the astrological and energetic landscape of the current Full Moon. The experience changes from month to month, becoming a living vessel for the emotions, thresholds, revelations, and transformations stirring within that particular lunar cycle.
You may be invited to move, breathe, write, sound, journey, rest, release, or listen deeply. Every practice is offered as an invitation, allowing you to honor your body while entering the experience in the way that feels most supportive.
