I bought this on a whim the night before my 40th birthday. I wasn't expecting much. I ended up sitting on my bedroom floor at 11pm with tears running down my face in the throne room. The next morning I felt like I'd actually marked the day instead of just letting it pass.
The sound design on this is something else. I've listened to a lot of guided meditations and most of them sound like one person talking over a free music loop. This one feels like a film. The dungeon scene actually scared me a little, in a good way.
I come back to this every New Years Eve. Different guide every time. Different rooms hit different. Last year it was the armory. This year it was the garden. I keep thinking I've done it and then I haven't.
