Cedar, Stone, and Sun
The practices work with real materials: cedar oil for the grounding rites, stone living wheels built by your own hands, sun-infused practices that let the sky do its part. Pre and post flight logs track the deepening, and the gratitude and connection exercises close each flight the way the old ceremonies closed: with thanks given where thanks was due.
