Class Description
The deepest wisdom of the Medicine Wheel emerges when we learn to walk with every direction.
In this integrative Medicine Circle, we will bring together the teachings of the four directions, balance and imbalance, energetic movement, and the Soul Archetypes. You will learn how to use the Wheel as a practical framework for navigating the living questions of your life.
We Will Explore How the Wheel Can Guide:
- Decisions and moments of uncertainty
- Creative ideas and meaningful projects
- Relationships and communication
- Emotional healing and personal transformation
- Boundaries, action, and manifestation
- Rest, spiritual listening, and integration
East helps us perceive what is beginning and name the vision.
South asks us to feel, connect, nurture, and enter relationship with it.
West calls us to act, embody, transform, and bring something into form.
North invites us to rest, reflect, gather wisdom, and release what has completed its season.
Center allows us to witness the whole pattern and choose our next step with awareness.
Through teaching, real-life examples, reflection, and guided practice, you will learn how to place a current situation upon the Wheel and listen to what each direction has to say.
You will leave with a repeatable process for consulting the Wheel whenever you feel uncertain, imbalanced, creatively blocked, emotionally overwhelmed, spiritually disconnected, or ready to begin something new.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFERS Because space is limited to just 20 seats, tickets are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a future month provided you give at least 36 hours’ notice before the circle begins. Cancellations made within the 36-hour window (or no-shows) forfeit their seat and cannot be transferred.
