About This Full Moon
Beneath the Taurus Full Moon, the body becomes sacred ground.
Taurus draws us into the tangible world of breath, bone, sensation, nourishment, pleasure, stability, and the Earth beneath our feet. Opposite the Scorpio Sun, this Moon also brings us close to the hidden places: the attachments we have outgrown, the grief stored beneath the surface, the instincts that once protected us, and the truths the body has carried quietly.
This Full Moon arrives near Samhain, the ancient Celtic threshold marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the darker half of the year. It is a time of completion, remembrance, ancestral presence, and release. The old year descends into the dark soil, making room for the unseen beginnings of the new.
Together, Taurus and Samhain invite us to slow down, listen through the senses, and ask what the body is ready to return to the Earth.

The Sonic Alchemy Journey
Sacred Ground is a live, immersive Full Moon journey woven from sensory ritual, guided meditation, breathwork, slow somatic movement, ancestral reflection, trance, and multidimensional sound.
We will begin close to the Earth, arriving through touch, scent, weight, breath, and the steady presence of the ground beneath us. Rather than reaching beyond the body for answers, we will listen inwardly to the landscape of muscle, skin, belly, hips, heart, and bone.
Through lower-body breath and slow, grounded movement, you will be invited to notice where you are holding, bracing, protecting, or carrying more than belongs to you. The body will become a living map of the year behind you, revealing what still asks to be honored and what has completed its season.
A guided trance will lead you through the body as sacred land: a terrain shaped by memory, pleasure, survival, relationship, loss, and belonging. Near the threshold of Samhain, we will enter a ritual of release, returning an old burden, identity, attachment, or unfinished story to the dark and fertile Earth.
This release will unfold in the presence of the ancestral field. You may sense those who came before you through memory, emotion, symbol, imagination, or quiet recognition. Their presence will be held as witness rather than demand, allowing you to discern what wisdom travels forward and what pattern may end with you.
The journey will then open into receiving. Through softened breath, open hands, and low resonant sound, you will create space for nourishment, support, pleasure, and the medicine your body is ready to welcome into the new year.

- A sensory arrival practice using natural textures, scent, touch, and connection with the Earth
- Lower-body breathwork centered in the belly, pelvis, hips, legs, and feet
- Slow somatic movement to soften tension and restore grounded presence

What Is Sonic Alchemy?
Sonic Alchemy is an immersive ceremonial experience blending guided meditation, trance, breathwork, somatic movement, ritual, voice, and layered sound. Each gathering is created around the energetic landscape of the current Full Moon, allowing the session to become a living encounter with the season, the body, and the unseen currents moving through your life.
Every journey is different. You may be invited to move, rest, write, breathe, sound, imagine, release, or listen deeply. All practices are offered as invitations, allowing you to honor your body and participate in the way that feels most supportive.
