Sonic Alchemy – The Story Beneath the Story

About This Full Moon

Beneath the Gemini Full Moon, the mind fills with voices, fragments, memories, questions, and half-written sentences.

Gemini carries the medicine of language, breath, curiosity, communication, perception, and the many stories through which we understand our lives. Opposite the Sagittarius Sun, this Moon illuminates the relationship between information and meaning, the details we gather and the larger truth we create from them.

Some stories were written by experience. Others were inherited from family, culture, relationship, fear, or an earlier version of the self. Some have been repeated so often that they have become invisible, moving quietly beneath our choices and shaping what we believe is possible.

This Full Moon invites us to listen beneath the familiar narrative. The voice of the body may tell a different story. The soul may remember a chapter the mind has forgotten. A new sentence may be waiting beneath the noise, ready to become the beginning of another way of living.

The Sonic Alchemy Journey

The Story Beneath the Story is a live, immersive journey woven from balancing breathwork, ritual writing, guided trance, somatic movement, spoken language, silence, and multidimensional sound.

We will begin with the breath, creating space through the ribs, chest, throat, jaw, and mouth. Gentle movement and sound will help soften the places where language has become held, edited, swallowed, or shaped around the expectations of others.

Through a three-layer ritual writing practice, you will explore the story the mind has been telling, the story held within the body, and the larger story that may be moving through your life beneath them both.

A guided trance will carry you into the Library of Unwritten Lives, a liminal place holding the paths, possibilities, and forgotten chapters that have yet to be fully lived. Within this inner library, you may receive a page, phrase, image, symbol, memory, or message from the story now asking to unfold.

You will then be invited to carry a word or fragment of language into movement, allowing its meaning to change through posture, gesture, rhythm, and breath. A sentence may become a doorway. A whispered word may become an incantation. Silence may reveal what speech has covered.

As this is our final Sonic Alchemy gathering before the December pause, the journey will also offer space to listen back across the months behind us. We will gather the messages, thresholds, endings, and beginnings that have shaped the year and ask what larger meaning is ready to travel forward.

The session will close in deep listening, allowing the final sound to fade before the next sentence is written.

What Is Sonic Alchemy?

Sonic Alchemy is an immersive ceremonial experience blending guided meditation, trance, breathwork, somatic movement, ritual, voice, and layered sound. Each gathering is created around the energetic landscape of the current Full Moon, allowing the session to become a living encounter with the season, the body, and the unseen currents moving through your life.

Every journey is different. You may be invited to move, rest, write, breathe, sound, imagine, release, or listen deeply. All practices are offered as invitations, allowing you to honor your body and participate in the way that feels most supportive.
