Those who walked it
I did the journey first and loved it, but the workshop is where it actually moved into my life. Week Two broke me open. The Water Self prompt asked what feeling I've been managing instead of meeting, and I wrote for two hours. The ritual with the five stones sits on my kitchen windowsill now and I see it every morning. This is not a workshop you finish. It's one you live inside.
I'm a practitioner myself and I've taken a lot of these kinds of courses. What sets this one apart is the pacing and the fact that it actually trusts you. Dakota doesn't spoon-feed.
